I was almost at the end of the cleaning cycle (but not to the point of shifting out of neutral) and the things that move the vehicles along made me go backwards (i was in neutral), while a truck behind me was less than an inch away. I had to break and blow my horn for help. A $20 car wash is NOT worth a wrecked vehicle. Afterwards, one of the attendants told me it was common with Lexus and Subaru models. Great staff, still had dirt on my car, but better
Incredible customer service!! I came through and got a basic wash, I thought it looked fine and while I was vacuuming my car Doug came up and was not happy with the wash job and insisted I go through the wash again to get it right! Very nice of them.
Very impressive. Better then the other guy!
