Kind of disappointed in my first visit to Doug's. The service was prompt, but when they finished the guy steps into the doorway of the lobby & blatantly accuses me of giving him the registration for the wrong car. He says he inspected & passed a Scion, but I gave him the registration for a Toyota. Well duh, guess what company sells the Scion - that would be Toyota, of course.
