We got a brand new $12,000 unit from Doug’s in September. In the last 3 months we have had to call them out to come fix this brand new unit at least 5, maybe 6 times. Each time they come, it’s been a different issue. This is definitely not what I expected when I paid $12,000 for a new unit. We were better off with the old one. So disappointed!
