I hate to write a bad review but I feel it needs to be out there. During the sales process, communication was fantastic, but as soon as we signed the papers for our trailer, it stopped. Between mix ups with the delivery of our trailer, and getting us confused with other customers each time we spoke to someone, to being told someone would come help us winterize our trailer as it’s our first time ever doing so and we wanted to make sure it was done right. Great experience with great staff. Pretty sure the RV sales gods built Brett, Gift of Gab like no other! Seemless transaction with people who listened and delivered with a customer focused mindset. Highly recommend Brett at Dougs if your in the market
Im here to say my mother and I received a trailer from Doug's recreation in Sussex Nb. They were amazing the trailer came and we had some issues we told the guy he fixed it he was an awesome person his name is Corey if you ever have a chance to go to Doug's in Sussex you should go get yourself set up for camping
