Great service with selling the BF's trailer!

It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review but after 2.5 months of trying to sort out an issue with our trailer with next to no customer service from this company it has become necessary. We purchased our trailer & warranty from Doug’s in 2020. The warranty coverage is on until 2027. In the spring when we set up our trailer we had an issue with the wiring. It worked before we left home and when we landed at our camping spot we had 0 power. We were able to use an alternate source of power and got it working until servi... read more
