Terrible! Not reliable. Dishonest. Manipulative. They started THIS YEAR what they were supposed to do LAST YEAR on my mom's pool. Started. Never came back. Dug up dirt and dumped it in two places in the yard (where she gardens) without even asking if they could do that or not. The pool is empty, with dirty pooling water, and God knows when they'll be back. They have already been paid for the job. I know the secretary has also been rude several times with my mom.
