Unfortunately I have been to this place twice for my new BMW. My bad luck but the body shop experience has been good. Troy and his team go above and beyond to coordinate with Edmonton BMW for repairs. They are more honest and reasonably priced than Modern Autobody.
My experience at this Doug’s place was literally the saving grace in such a stressful car accident situation. I was in an accident literally a week before I was supposed to drive across the country for 4 weeks and I was being bounced around different shops due to many not being authorized to buy Jaguar parts. After damage to my door by another vehicle this summer, my insurance company gave a list and I chose to bring my car to Doug's Place, they were BMW certified, had good reviews, and the insurance company also had good things to say about them. Adrian was my first contact, he worked with me to get my car in as quickly as possible for both of us.
