Had a chance to repair my wife's X5 at Doug's Place. Their workmanship is one of the top in Edmonton. Jacky, the estimator, provides a fantastic customer service! Highly recommended~
Unfortunately I have been to this place twice for my new BMW. My bad luck but the body shop experience has been good. Troy and his team go above and beyond to coordinate with Edmonton BMW for repairs. They are more honest and reasonably priced than Modern Autobody.
My experience at this Doug’s place was literally the saving grace in such a stressful car accident situation. I was in an accident literally a week before I was supposed to drive across the country for 4 weeks and I was being bounced around different shops due to many not being authorized to buy Jaguar parts.
