"Doug" the owner is beyond lazy and could care less about diagnosing a problem on a vehicle. I took my van here because it was running rough. He called me the next day saying I have no idea what's going on. So then I took it to another place down the road and they found the problem right away. It was a broken spark plug. I mean come on put in a little effort DOUG. Very disappointing
