Doug's replaced my brakes and rotors all around.Great work quality parts with a good warranty at a decent price.Customer service was excellent as well.I will return for any repairs as needed in the future.

Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a mechanic shop. Took the time to explain everything searched for rare parts and got me great pricing. They even answered their phone after hours to help out with an issue.
My husband and I just had the easiest car repair experience I can remember. Friday morning our car would not start. We called Doug’s and he said bring it on in. We had our car back shortly after. He had let us know what other things needed to be taken care of and we set up a time to bring it back on Monday morning. We had our car back the next day running better than before. I feel safe again in my vehicle and will be bringing any future repairs to Doug’s.
The mechanic my family trusted for over 25 years had retired, and I struggled to find a new mechanic. After lacking correspondence with 2 other shops, I came across Doug’s Mobile auto repair. Staff was very responsive. Quote was very reasonable. They serviced my truck from my driveway as I was unable to get it started. Doug was very honest and I could tell he cared about the business and his clients. Glad that I’ve found my new mechanic!
