My van was dropped off Thursday, we dove it off the lot Tuesday, considering the weekend in between I’m very happy with how quickly they took care of my vehicle. I had it towed in and was able to drive it home! Thanks guys!
We were in town on vacation when our starter went out. On a Sunday afternoon Doug, one of the owners, answered the phone and assured us they would get to it first thing in the morning. When we arrived early the next morning, Doug had it fixed. Price was very fair also. We highly recommend Doug’s Mobile Auto Repair! Their customer service and workmanship are excellent! These Buckeyes are extremely grateful!
They were excellent! I highly recommend them; during the cold weather I did not start my car every couple of days (me bad). However, no judgement. Car died on a Saturday (had it jump started). They came to me that following Monday and replaced the battery (with a 3 year warranty); I have had no issues. If you live in the area this is the mechanic you want to use! Highly recommend! I can’t say enough good things about this mechanic. They were honest, fast, and went above and beyond to get my car back on the road. After dealing with a dealership that gave me the runaround, this shop stepped in and handled the repairs like true professionals. Doug came out to my home to provide a mobile diagnostic on my 2016 Traverse. He was super helpful, knowledgeable and fixed my vehicle quickly. He explained what I should be looking for going forward and made me feel confident my vehicle was fixed to the best of his ability. I will definitely be coming to them again in the future for any automotive needs.
