I have heat again! Doug was referred to by one of my neighbors. I called him on a Monday. He came that day to look at the system, then came back on Tuesday to fix the problem. Doug was able to locate the leak in the outside unit, seal it, and charge up the system. I will always be grateful for his knowledge, years of experience (and in business), and thoughtful advice.
