NEVER AGAIN! I asked for a fade starting at zero, I asked twice and he made it worse, I was scared he would mess it up more if I asked a 3rd time, he did not offer to line me up with a razor or anything with the beard, WORST haircut I have ever received. If you want anywhere near quality please stay away. He started off by cutting the top way shorter than I asked him.
