Do not take anything here. Took our cricket for service was told it needed new batteries and the truck would run on Friday. Saturday go to pick it up and oh I can’t get any batteries. It’s a cricket ESV your a cricket store right? Drive 2.5 hours to pick it up pay over $200.00 and guess what the cricket isn’t even put back together (we received a zip loc with all the screws) so now way to load it unless you want to load piece by piece I guess!!
Was told my cricket needed batteries at first $125 each then was called and said it would be $150 each and the truck ran on Friday . Drove 2.5 hours on Saturday to pick it up to be told they can't get the batteries. Went to load it and was handed a sack of screws the seat and racks fell off 15 miles down the road. Also was charged $200 to say we can't fix it.
RecommendedI bought a refurbished 2013 EZ-GO. They had put a really neat paint job on it with palm trees. The young man that helped us was Jarrod. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He gave s a 1 year warranty and said they would clean it up, gas it up, and deliver it in 2 days. Thet did just that. We drove it around after delivery and heard a huge squak.
