Honest & Professional I don't normally write a review, but I have to say that Dougs does a great job. They have been servicing my Lexus and my Honda Pilot. They are very reasonable and I completely trust their judgement. It is hard to find good service and they really are the best

Impressive Absolutely without a question the best repair shop in Jacksonville. I was on vacation and had a problem with my vehicle. Made an appt and they took my vehicle in right on time. They were able to get my car repaired which turned out to be a bad wheel bearing. But what impressed my was their free inspection they do. My other shop said everything was OK (being from Ohio I wanted to make sure everything was ok) they found the air filter dirty, but they found lot of acorns in the air filter box!!! Wonderful Experience! Wonderful experience. Was referred by a friend. I had oil change and tires rotated. I called made an appointment, they brought my vehicle in on time, checked it over and also set up my next oil change!!! Thanks Dougs Car Care!!
Over Priced parts and side of terrible customer service! This place is the worst car care business I've been to. The work done was great, but being charged an outrageous amount for the repair was very disappointing. Dealerships don't even charge the amount this place did. I was told that the parts I needed and it was going to be approx $900 for parts and labor, and when I checked with the dealer and autozone it was significantly cheaper($120 for one part and $140 for the other)! These guys are great!!!!!! These guys are friendly and courteous. They gave me a loaner car at no charge. Thank God I solved my mechanic search. Very kid friendly waiting room.
Trustworthy One of the most trusted shops I have delt with. Took my vehicle in becuase there was a vibration. They were able to find the problem and have it fixed the same day. I am pleased with their service.
