Doug is a good mechanic. The problem is when things don't go as planned. My son in law replaced the evaporator on our car. We took it to Doug's to pull a vacuum and add a charge which he did. However, He also replaced the low side connection cap with a cap that was too long. This caused the Schrader valve to leak all the charge out and kill the vacuum.
