My daughter broke down about 50 miles North of Boise late on a winter Sunday afternoon. After reading reviews she contacted Doug (Doug’s Automotive) late that Sunday evening. Doug met her the next morning and towed her car to his shop in Boise (very reasonable). His diagnoses wasn’t standard, but he nailed it. Bright, honest, timely and a fantastic communicator. A+. A PRO. I could go on….
One word-HONEST. I have had several repairs completed here. He has never done unnecessary repairs or overcharged. I know nothing about how to fix a car but he is patient with my knowledge and explains what needs to be done. Nothing more. Doug has done work on more than five relative's cars and numerous friends.
