World Class Company Doug's Auto and Tire is a world class company! Doug is an honest, hard working, Christian gentleman. He goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are completely satisfied with the work to their vehicles! He has an incredible staff that is competent in their work! We have been going to Doug's for years and will not go anywhere else! We can't thank Doug and his team enough for all that they have done for us!
Sloppy and expensive I agree with that other guy. Doug is a great guy but he's got some really incompetent mechanics. I had to stop going because I kept having to pay over and over to fix the same problem that never got fixed the first time. They cost me more than my car is worth. They are not good at diagnosing the real problem and so just charge to replace everything around it and hope they get lucky. Also very sloppy. They left bare wires disconnected under my hood and a razor blade on my air filter. Won't be going back.
Doug's a great guy but... he's got some losers working for him in the shop. I left my car with him for a repair for a few days, and my car was trashed. Plus they forgot to put my hubcaps back on after the brake repair. I had been going to him for several years before this latest incident. But now I won't be going back.
Would definately return. Doug is an awesome guy. Honest and his employees fixes the problem correctly the first time. My problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly. He also reminded me that I was coming due on my inspection and also was overdue for an important maintenance. He scheduled the appointments at my convience and loaned me a car for the day.
Awesome company! Each customer that comes into this shop is treated with the upmost respect & integrity- We have had struggles with staffing as all business' do at times & have corrected these problems.
