I had been using these guys for 4 yrs thinking I could trust them.. well that was proven wrong when a few months back they did an oil change on my 2004 chrysler sebring, and never put the oil back in. I drive it less than 200 miles after that and now my oil light is on when my car gets to operating temperature.. now I have internal damage done due to there screw up.. crazy part is they won't take responsibility for what they did wrong.. I don't suggest using dougs unless it's your last resort, or unless u want to be left bro... read more

I just had an all around outstanding experience with this team. They gave me clear expectations from the service I was getting, and they backed everything up when I had questions and concerns. They even offered me a loaner car (without me asking for it), as the work I needed was extensive. I cannot thank the whole team enough!
