My car was shaking at high speeds after a snow storm. I called them for a check up and they recommended that I go to a car wash first. The wash solved the problem of snow build up on the inside of my rim. I loved their honesty and their customer first mentality
I have been taking my family cars to Doug's for a couple years and I will go no-where else. They have performed all manner of work from routine fluid changes & brakes to a recent engine swap. They are always very straightforward, honest, and on time... do yourself a favour and go straight to Doug's.
My wife's truck would not start. Suspected a starter. Without an appointment or heads up to them our truck was repaired and back to us within 24 hrs. Great service at a great price. Highly recommend.

I called in on Monday asking if I can do an oil change for my 2020 Elantra, they said yes but earliest would be Wednesday. I agreed and was going to leave my car with them so they can work on it. The man on the phone said he would call me back with an invoice and since I couldn't use my credit card as a deposit as its maxed out for me but he said e-transfer was possible which I also agreed to send.
