Front desk guy Jim is very cheap and greedy person. My last bill was to this garage $3000 couple of months ago Today is my bill $813 When I pick up my van today Jim told me they fixed the brake light on the back When I checked the bill I saw it took 20 minutes to change the bulb and charge was $40 plus $4 worth bulb I asked him “ why you didn’t call me before you do that you should do that with my permission “ He showed me angry face and told me I can take that bulb out now and he did it ( $4 bulb , can you imagine how cheap... read more

I have been working on cars as a hobbyist and DIYer for over 25 years, but have been getting more professional help for the more intensive work in the recent years. Doug's is always consistent with the work quality, and makes sound recommendations every time I have visited. They consider the large picture instead of making short term recommendations that might save a few bucks now but might end up being more costly in the long run. If anyone is looking for a new garage, I'd recommend checking out Doug's.

Yesterday , I went to Doug's garage to have wheels balanced. This was my first time at Doug's garage. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone and the gentleman at the front office made me feel welcomed and ready to help. This is a outstanding garage, they did the work at a fair price and completed the work the same day. I was very lucky to find this place, this is an honest shop who really care about customers. They provided professional work at a fair price and on time. Thank you very much for the excellent service.

My car was shaking at high speeds after a snow storm. I called them for a check up and they recommended that I go to a car wash first. The wash solved the problem of snow build up on the inside of my rim. I loved their honesty and their customer first mentality

I have been taking my family cars to Doug's for a couple years and I will go no-where else. They have performed all manner of work from routine fluid changes & brakes to a recent engine swap. They are always very straightforward, honest, and on time... do yourself a favour and go straight to Doug's.
