RecommendedDoug and his crew go above and beyond, they do the job right the first time, the way it should be of course. He even borrowed me his jump pack so I could jump start my wife’s car at her work so I could get the car to him for a diagnosis. They are very reasonably priced compared to some of the other so called mechanics in this town as well. I highly recommend him.
They dont let you make payments...I had to come up with $500+ dollars that day and now I'm behind an entire month on all my bills, cant get caught up and I have three kids. And after not even a month of getting my car out from them; my car started smoking today, NOW, I have to pay another $100+ dollars to have something else completely different fixed on it?? Outstanding customer service. I took my car in after work due to a noise, they got my car in the next morning and had it finished that afternoon. I was even offered a loaner car so I could go to work. No suprise charges and I felt that the price was fair. I also did not feel like I was being taken advantage of because I am a woman. very polite and professional people. Thanks so much!!!

Didn’t appreciate the charges I was required to pay for the service I didn’t receive. Failed to inform me what they were going to be doing and did more than what I asked just to make some easy money.
Doug's an awesome mechanic but so is clay and everyone else great work and customer service
I’d rate them 12/5 if I could!!! We called at noon for grinding brakes, they got us in at 2pm (really wow-ed me, especially with the holiday coming up) & we were outta there by 2:45! The staff was so nice & welcoming. They helped us out so much! They were great & I’d recommend them to anyone!!! A++
