I've been going to Ram and Matt for 4 years now. Ram is honest and very fairly priced. He doesn't convince you to do work if he doesn't feel it's necessary or time yet. He provides good solutions when problems occur, and he always advises the most efficient route (best bang for your buck) - never upselling premium parts if he believes it wont make much difference.
