Took my 2019 Ford Escape into the shop and talked to Ram about a thumping, I was getting from the vehicle while driving. After assessing the vehicle, he suggested that I replace the rear shocks and that my tires were not great. After replacing the rear shocks and installing four new all weather tires , it feels like a totally different vehicle. Smooth ride and great grip on the acceleration. Ram is very knowledgeable and extremely polite and positive. I’ve been going to him for many years and never disappointed. He is busy so call ahead.
They do not stand for the Guarantee of their repairs . Had same experience with my Toyota Camry Car as well as with Nissan Altima . If you go in they will not give you any appointment at all . I will not trust them
