I had an emergency and got there around 4:30. I was done with paperwork with new keys in my hand within 20 minutes. Tim is the absolute man, if you are unfortunate enough to find yourself locked out of your car, or needing new keys, come to Doug’s. Very professional set of employees
Went here to get a quote on my car. It had now been over a week and no one had called to give my a quote. Thank goodness i kept looking...we are paying cash and i think they would have rather felt with insurance claims. Not sure what happened and why i wasn't a priority. Thanks to Collinsville Auto Body who made me feel welcome and gave me a quote to fix before i left. Can't believe all the great reviews and I am still waiting on a quote
I've just had a pretty amazing experience at Doug autobody. I've been passing this non descript joint for so many years it has long since faded into the background of Collinsville. Last week I traveled to a few different places and got quotes for a bumper and grill replacement for a Volkswagen. Parts are hard to come by, but not impossible.
