Doug is a great guy, and a pretty decent mechanic. Doug got me in for initial diagnosis of my bent tierod, he had to order it, but it was ready to go the next day. All aligned and ready to go! I used to own an Chevy Avalanche, Doug has replaced all my brake lines and a fuel pump. The first time I met him he was out for groceries and recognized the guys that were trying to help me with a water leak at the back of the engine.
