I’ve brought my car to Doug’s several times and will continue to because I feel that they are always fair and honest. The people are very pleasant to work with. They are informative about maintenance and things they may find that you weren’t aware of and they do it without being pushy and trying to upsell you at every turn. I’ve had a few “emergencies” with my car and they have gotten me in right away and took care of it each time, which I appreciate. I have and do recommend bringing your car here.
No longer puts customers first.
I went here a week or so ago not knowing Keith wasn’t here anymore. He was the ONLY reason I would still go to this place. He was the most honest person who worked there. Didn’t over charge or lie about what was wrong with your car . They just charged me over 400$ to change a Wheel Sensor . Sounded outrageous but I was under the impression Keith still worked there so believed them. I went priced checked with 2 other places that told me that was WAY OVER PRICED. Stop believing these people.
Really helped me narrow down my electrical issues super friendly people definitely coming back in the future
