Not the same owners. The new owners have no integrity. Money over people doesnt keep your loyal customers coming back.
They were honest when they had to break bad news to a customer about their vehicle, it was definitely not what they were expecting that day. I had something else done, and was in&out quick and painless. Polite, Straightforward, &Clean.
I had brake trouble in Goshen an hour from home on a work trip. The guys at Doug's got me in on short notice and had my jeep fixed fast on short notice at a great price. Great service, definitely recommend!
I’ve brought my car to Doug’s several times and will continue to because I feel that they are always fair and honest. The people are very pleasant to work with. They are informative about maintenance and things they may find that you weren’t aware of and they do it without being pushy and trying to upsell you at every turn. I’ve had a few “emergencies” with my car and they have gotten me in right away and took care of it each time, which I appreciate. I have and do recommend bringing your car here.
