Extremely rude to my grandmother. Could not fix the problem, created new problems that were not there before she went in and then got extremely rude with her. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I called Doug's Alignment and told them I was running late to my scheduled appointment today. What a blessing that I was able to keep my appointment and they were so kind, and did not make me feel bad for arriving late! They even fixed the alignment on my Escape in less time than initially quoted, while I waited in the lobby. My interactions were with Keith and Brad. Called and got my car in a few weeks later. Dropped off my car and asked them to check if they can find what’s making the rattle. They were kind. I picked up my car after work and they gave me the run down.
