I took my car in to have a flex pipe put in and it ran just fine. It smelled real bad and said it was my flex pipe. I get the car back it ran really really bad and vibrating bad. Like took it to a different shop and so how my 2 o2 sensors went bad after he worked on it..and they showed me the flex pipe and he replaced it with a piece of exhaust pipe and I was charged $400. Then the vibration came from the flex pipe . Then I had them put in a new headlight bulb in with in 1 week it was burn out. I will never take my car back ... read more
I have gone to Doug multiple times now and he has been great! His prices are great and he does good work. I know I can trust him to take care of my vehicles and would recommend his shop to others! Everyone there has always been friendly as well! :)
Doug does excellent work! My truck died and I couldn't figure it out. I called Doug for help. He had it fix up in no time. Thanks Doug! And guys set your pride aside, call proffessional... namely Doug.
Let me start by saying that Doug (or whoever he pays) is a good mechanic. HOWEVER, Doug can’t quote a job and he doesn’t honor warranty work. I had brakes put on my Ford Explorer (rotors and brake pads) on September 11, 2023. Both front and rear ceramic pads came with a “ORL” lifetime warranty with ONE replacement. I need the front pads replaced and will certainly pay reasonable costs associated with changing the pads. If Doug doesn’t want to (or is too busy) to do the warranty work, I have asked him to order the replacement... read more
Doug saved my car! Was told it was multiple things from another shop and he figured it out with no problems and gave me a great price for repairs and had it fixed same day! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
