Super nice guy!! Responded quickly, didn't Over-Promise anything but he sure did DELIVER! Very Professional and reasonably priced. Made quick work of replacing a condenser coil and got us back up and cooled off very quickly! Highly recommend calling Doug for a 1st or 2nd Opinion before you spend a ton of $$$
