Jay was a great mechanic great people skills and even better mechanic skills. You wish you had 1/2 the work ethic he has.
I called him pretty late but he was able to come same day and made sure that I would be able to drive my car. He explained things as I asked and he has great customer service. Thank you Will!!
He has good customer service but the skills are not up to par. Just wanted to leave a review to help someone else out. I wasted my time and money with this guy. My car was not fixed it was actually worse. Also every time we were scheduled to meet if would be after hours dark. Was supposed get my car fixed at noon and I waited until 10 pm that night he never showed up and claimed he was still coming after 10 pm. Who in the hell is going to be up past midnight waiting to get a car fixed I have children smh. Ended up taking my ... read more
