Our beloved dog, Rascle, passed away from heart failure a few weeks ago. He was 13 years old, a small dog with a big presence, weighing 17 pounds. After 15 years and 7 dogs we have fired them for their poor service. You make an apt and it would still take you 30 mins to an hour to see someone. This last time we called to get an appointment because one of our dogs had kennel cough and they said they did not have any appointments and could refer us to Blue Pearl!
