Wonderful visit, my Doctor covered all of my issues, and was so in tune with all my questions, Highly recommend her if you have problems.
Short wait time. As someone who brought a new patient, it was very good. Doctor N was thoughtful, really listened, and spent substantial time with us. The office personnel were extremely helpful in helping us get a medication matter ironed out.
Professional and courteous staff. Very brief wait time. Dr. N is very kind and listens to your concerns, devises a plan of treatment and follows through. She has always seemed genuinely concerned with my well being.
Doctors were great. The billing office not so much. Can’t talk to a live person and will not call you back to answer your questions. They said an appointment was confirmed. I called twice to speak to someone over their message system and nothing. They communicate by sending notes on statements. I asked for them to confirm the number they messaged and all I got was another bill with nothing wrote on it. No call back and no confirmation that they had messaged the correct number. The doctor that I had was amazing he made me feel very comfortable during a not so fun procedure. He was also was able to give me results right away, which was very nice. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and it was very clean. I would definitely go back if I had to.
