ALRS Properties did 6 rooms in our house: 1. New tile in the walkway. 2. Painted the master bath. 3. Painted a bedroom. 4. Painted a bedroom with a white, pink and blue chevron accent wall. 5. Painted a bathroom, with new tile, and installed a new vanity and new bathroom fixtures. 6. Installed and painted board for the laundry room wall. Laundry room also got new flooring and a custom countertop with 2 cabinets and a shelf. They were done in 5 days. His work is excellent, beyond my expectations.
