Extremely RUDE staff. 1- they repeatedly claim they call you and left a message but no such calls or messages on the cell. 2- referred to a specialist because they said they did not have the ability to do what was needed. That specialist did not take my insurance so asked for a different provider. Then they said to just come back and they would do it themselves. What happened to not being able to. If You are a Veteran going thru community care, They do not work with community care. I haven’t been to a civilian Dr. yet that refused community care except for Ga. Vision Institute. Community care was set up by the Government to help Veterans that could not get set up for an appointment in a timely manner with the VA.
