Called at the end of December for an appointment for my toddler and received a call back. The representative informed me that they just hired a new therapist and that the books would be opening the first week of January 2026. I had to call back multiple times for updates, and leave voice messages. The last message I left the representative gave me the same updates, but ensured me that they would contact me after some meetings were done to get more information. That was on January 30th. Spoke with a representative this morning, very polite. I wanted to get my daughter therapy services but at the moment they are full which speaks volume that this place is a great location. Hope they get some more openings.
