Today, Douglasville mechanical installed a package unit, both heat and air outside my property. They were timely. It was a fast installation. They were super friendly, super accommodating. I got all my answers to all of my questions answered. Tyler and Kevin made me feel very comfortable. They were really nice hardworking guys!
Wonderful experience. My HVAC was not working. I called Monday morning at 8:15. A service technician (Caleb) arrived at 9:45, and my HVAC was working 90 minutes later. The technician was very well spoken and very professional. And when I called to make the appointment I actually spoke to a real person.
Kevin and his team at Douglassville Mechanical replaced one AC unit and 2 furnaces in a little more than a day. Competitive quote and very responsive while ironing out some minor issues after installation.
After being ghosted by another contractor, I called Douglassville Mechanical and they were quick to come out and check out my furnace. I received a quote in record time and the price was very competitive and included some "extras" that others didn't offer. Kevin was extremely polite and knowledgeable and went over everything in detail. I know he had to put in some extra hours elsewhere so he could get my job done before the weekend.
