Great experience with Douglass Volkswagen. Very professional with absolutely no high pressure. So easy to work with. Peter and Miller did a superior job with my purchase. I would definitely recommend them.
Purchased a used vehicle. Took it back on day 2 with several issues. It's been a month today. I still don't have it and only have received 2 calls about it. Left the GM messages and went up there to see him. I was told that he would get back with me. AND guess what, haven't heard a word from him. It's very frustrating!
