I’ve had my eye exam at 4-5 different Sam’s Club optical centers for the last 25 years. Never had an issue until my most recent exam. I was sent home with two different brand contacts. I was told to see how they feel and call back to finalize the prescription. This is the first time I’ve ever left an exam without a contact prescription. I really like this place and Dr. Douglass and have been coming here for years. She is always super kind and listens to what you want and any problems you may have. I never feel rushed here and she always takes her time.
