Dr Douglas is so patient with me until i get the perfect vision i needed with my contact lenses. She would not settle for just “ok”, she wants her patient to be completely satisfied before she finalizes the prescriptions. Thank you so much Dr Douglas!
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Doulass’ for several years now so, I wanted to hop on a rave about the amazing job she does! Being a contact wearer since I was 15 I have seen my fair share of optometrist and I have to say that she is top notch! She is super knowledgeable and just recently recommended that I switch to a one a day contact which I love. She really cares about my concerns and takes the time to be thorough and address these and make suggestions. Dry eyes, no more! Highly recommend!
Dr Douglass is OUTSTANDING! She is always polite, engaging and extremely helpful!
The problem with her is she is selfish, she didn't get my script right the first time so I had to go back and since I didn't get back in ,in her time frame she charged me again, after I explained to her i had an appointment in her time frame but i got covid, and my husband is also a patient there was hospitalized with covid and pneumonia ,there was no way I could have made it back in under these circumstances unless I was completely irresponsible and went in and gave everyone there covid.
