The problem with her is she is selfish, she didn't get my script right the first time so I had to go back and since I didn't get back in ,in her time frame she charged me again, after I explained to her i had an appointment in her time frame but i got covid, and my husband is also a patient there was hospitalized with covid and pneumonia ,there was no way I could have made it back in under these circumstances unless I was completely irresponsible and went in and gave everyone there covid. I've been going to Dr. Douglass for several years for my eye exams, and her customer service and approach to working with clients is always top-notch. I certainly recommend her as an optometrist for Sam's Club members!
Love Dr. Douglass! Don't be fooled because she's in the Sam's Club. She does a great job and is very convenient. Remember that you don't need to be a Sam's member to see her.
