I did not have a great experience with Dr. Hale. I felt that his bedside manner was pushy and demeaning. He clearly did not read my chart, mostly gave me medical recommendations that I had already tried/was in my record, and later put incorrect information in my clinical notes. I am only giving two stars because he gave me one piece of helpful advice, and corrected his notes when I later reached out and asked him to.
Highly recommend Dr. Hale and his team. Explains things well, sits down with you and goes over treatment options and allows you time to work through everything. Great bedside manners.
Dr. Hale takes his time in explaining my condition. I have to see Dr. Hale repeatedly for the stretching of my bladder as I have interstitial cystitis. This is an inflammatory condition of the bladder wall. Over a period of time the walls can get inflamed and stiff. The bladder can no longer hold large amounts of urine due to this loss of flexibility. The patient has to make many trips to the restroom. In severe cases, the patient may need to urinate 60 times a day. Unfortunately, antibiotics cannot correct this condition as... read more
Dr Hale is an outstanding surgeon. He's very personable and courteous. He makes time to sit down and actually have a conversation with his patients.
