DRI installed our new tile roof in 2018 and did a great job. Two problem areas on the roof have required their help since then and they truly honor their warranty. In addition, they have been helpful in suggesting and then making adjustments to the roof itself where the problems occurred. These were flaws in the original design of the roof and will no longer give me grief.
