Totally unprofessional and inconsiderate staff
Have done a painless blood test here 3 times now with minimal wait in the morning. Staff are kind and efficient :)
Quick and easy service, nice staff. Entry is off George St next to RAR memorial (look for the blue sign) Down escalators and follow signs to pathology
Poor service, particularly from the accounts department. I had tests done and was assured that I would receive my proof of payment invoice the following day. Three days later, I had still not received anything. I then called and was told I would receive it by the end of the week. The following Monday, I emailed to follow up and received no response. I never ever thought I would post a review about having my bloods done. This is the first time in my life I have had a good and caring experience. My appointment was with Min and I will never go to anyone else but her now ! All these 5 stars go to Min
