I came here last week for a blood test. Usually with blood tests my arm always aches and hurts after. When coming here I found it went so smoothly and my arm felt absolutely fine after. I was happy as normally my arm feels so stiff after. The most painless blood test ever. The lady was very kind and gentle. ☺️

The previous staff was very good, unfortunately the staff has changed, and they are terrible.
Staff are so nice and gentle. No hassle or discomfort.
Needed a few tests done/blood taken and was very anxious, but the staff here are extremely kind, professional, and work very efficiently. I was in and out quickly, but it never felt like I was being rushed. I didn't catch the name of the lady that did my tests but she really is the gold standard!
