This is a review for Judith Douglass of Douglass Law Group. Judith assisted me with my initial estate planning over 10 years ago. She did a fabulous job preparing the living trust, will, health care directive and power of attorney documents. Then Judith stepped me though the procedures of getting property titles updated for the trust and notarizing documents. I had a rapidly aging parent and I was the executor of the Trust. I contacted Judy to set up an appointment as the time was nearing of his passing and I was unsure as to the appropriate steps to take to fulfill my executor obligations. Judy was absolutely amazing! I needed her to help me with my trustee duties. It really was not a straightforward task. In fact, it was Pretty messy. She was patient and Straightened out the whole mess. I would not use anyone else in the future.
