I am very pleased with the treatments performed by Dr. Cole.
I am really disappointed with my experience here. While Cole himself is a very nice person, the clinic's billing practices are not transparent. They offered me acupuncture treatments when I came in for my first visit and booked it with Cole, but because Cole is a chiropractor, the service was billed under his name as a chiropractor rather than a licensed acupuncturist. I only found out after the fact when my insurance benefits denied the claim for acupuncture. I wish I had been told this beforehand because I am now stuck pay... read more
