Front desk lady is kind and generous! After a surgery for my husband in a different clinic, they forgot a syringe in the package. Since it is kind of emergency, I have to get a syringe for him as quick as I can. I called Emergency Dentist to buy one, they offered it free for my husband! I am giving this five star from my true heart. Thanks for this help!
My husband went to Dr Seema Shalchi while he had toothache. She did some fillings and he spent all his insurance coverage at this dental office but the pain was still there. He even called Dr Seema Shalchi but she said I can’t do anything so he had to go to another dentist and spent out of his pocket to fix it!!!!! The new doctor refilled the tooth dr Shalchi already filled and pulled another tooth that dr Shalchi filled!!!!! Dr Shalchi didn’t diagnose that my husband needed a root canal so he just lost his tooth!!!

First off I am not a fan of dentists. I have had a lot of horrible experiences. This dentist was calm, did not push unnecessary procedures, cleaned my teeth and took care of me. What sets her apart is how she took care of my kids. She was quiet, calm, soft and reassuring. She let me hold their hand while she did what she needed to do. I have a daughter with Down syndrome and she was amazing. She didn’t use any loud machines, was patient. She let her pick her favourite show on the tv. Let’s talk prices.
