Dr. Zavos conducted a hearing assessment as requested by AZDOC. His report was inconsistent and AZDOC requested clarification however after being provided with my credentials and job discription as a parole unit supervisor. He stated in his report that I was a correctional officer and could do a range of duties that are not available.
