I would definitely recommend Douglas Window and Door. It was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had an exterior door and a storm door installed, what a difference they make. The installers did a great job and cleaned everything up when they were finished.
Our installers Pierre and his team were fantastic. He even wore indoor workboots so he didn’t track anything through the house. The weekly updates from the team of where we were in the que were extremely helpful and we made sure to check every Friday to see how close we were.
We've used Douglas Window and Door several times now. We've enjoyed the initial process with Graham, and the crews installing our doors and windows have been exceptional in their professionalism and the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend Douglas Window and Door
