From start to finish Luc, Greg and his team were amazing for our patio door replacement. They were courteous, friendly and answered all of our questions giving us complete comfort in knowing we chose the right window/door company. They arrived for the install right when they said they would, and the whole replacement was done in about 2 1/2 hours. They cleaned up everything with not a trace of dust or debris left. Extremely happy and satisfied. I would highly recommend Douglas Window and Door to all friends and family.
Amazing experience with this team. Pierre and Patrick did a beautiful job installing our windows. Very friendly, and efficient. Our sales Rep Luc was awesome to deal with and Robin, their office manager did an amazing job communicating weekly updates. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for exceptional product, competitive pricing and customer service.
