August of 2022 we had hired a carpenter (Shane from ST Custom Craftsman) to wrap a post in wood and replace 6 hollow core doors with wood doors (2 of them were pocket doors). The work was very bad and dragged out over 4+ months. Shane ended up walking off the job leaving everything poorly and partially done. We hired Doug to redo all the work. This is my first time leaving a review but needed to call out what a great experience it was working with Doug as he rebuilt my two-tiered deck. He had done a small job for me two years prior and I still had his business card – so when my deck needed to be rebuilt there was no hesitation on who to reach out to for the job. My wife & I hired Doug to install soffit on our house & garage. Doug was so professional with his business approach and recommendations. His skills are top notch and prices fair.
