He had gone over all m test results and explained the nerve pain I felt that wasn’t from my heart and encouraged me to stay active.
Dr Sheffer was friendly and listened to my concerns. He was able to correctly diagnose what another Dr had misdiagnosed and to correct my medications. I feel confidant that going forward I will be receiving excellent care.
Dr. Sheffer is very knowledgeable, mild mannered and is an excellent communicator. Speaks in simple, everyday words. Explains results, symptoms and plan of care fully. Answers any and ALL questions you have. Never seems rushed and is always on time for your appointment! Very nice and kind Doctor. Staff is friendly and efficient.
