Dr. Sheffer was a pleasure to meet. We are new to the area and switching from 20 years with my old cardiologist could have been difficult. Dr. Shaffer made it easy. Thanks doc!
Dr. Sheffer put me at ease within our first couple of minutes. He gave me feedback that acknowledged my concerns and he also validated my own awareness of what my body is experiencing. At the end of my appointment he said that it had been a pleasure getting to know me and he looked forward to being my Cardiologist……🎯💯🩺🔬
Very personable, answering questions honestly and in layman’s terms
Clean ,organized rarely have to wait to see the doctor. He listens, answers all questions and never makes you feel like he’s in a hurry to move on to the next patient. Always very through and makes you feel cared about.
Dr. Shepherd yes it was very nice seeing him again. Everything went fine. He’s just a good doctor all around.
