On August 31, 2025, I had Douglas Tree Service come out for a quote on several trees in my yard that I would like removed/trimmed. We agreed on the quoted price and scheduled for September 11, 2025. On September 10th around 11:00 pm, Douglas Tree Service reaches out to me and says that they cannot be here at all the next day which was scheduled for almost two weeks and needed to reschedule. If it were possible to leave 0 stars i absolutely would. Ghosted us earlier in the week and gave some lame excuse that they were trying to catch up from the previous week and they asked us to reschedule for today. Told us they would be here at 9 am then wrote us this morning and said they would reach out around 12 to give an exact time. Never did. Never showed. Do not hire these people if you want your work to actually get done. Horrible customer service.DO BETTER!!!
Do better. Response: Oh I see. Every negative review is a "fake profile". What a professional response. How about keep God out of your mouth and try honesty for a change.
You can’t go wrong using Douglas Tree Service. From start to finish they are top notch. When an owner is part of the actual work crew you know they mean business. They showed up on time well actually called and asked if they could come sooner and who doesn’t want that ! If you need your trees removed call them you won’t be disappointed. they removed several trees for us and we will definitely use them again in the future!
We used Douglas Tree Services a couple of years ago to remove several trees from our property and they did an amazing job. We just had them back out this week again to remove several more and again, did an amazing job! They were professional and friendly from the minute we contacted them for an estimate. They know exactly what they are doing and very fair on pricing. We would definitely recommend them!! So glad we decided to go with this company.
