Fast and friendly service. So thankful they were open to fix our flat tire. Highly recommend them.
showed up with 2 leaking trailer tires and no appointment. amazing staff started helping us immediately, got the leaks fixed, and had us on our way in about 20 minutes for a price so low I thought I had misheard them when it was time to pay. absolutely saved my road trip.
Had a flat tire and a leaking spare on my camping trailer. We pulled in without an appointment, they saw us right away and got us fixed up and back on the road in 30 minutes. Then at the end we were in literal shock of how reasonable the price was. Beyond pleased with them and how helpful they were! Thank you for everything, Douglas Tire, you saved our camping trip!

Just my personal experience but the guy running the front desk seems impersonal and detatched. Every time I get my tires ballanced here they vibrate like crazy. Took to another shop in casper and was told my tires where all and ounce to and ounces and a half off. I dont know if i can trust then to align my vehicle if they cant get tires right. Maybe they do better with big trucks. My customer service experiences here arent good enough to warent a return. Maybe if your'e part of the it crowd its a different experience... wah.
