We brought our dog in because he was very sick with GI issues for several days. The actual veterinary treatment was adequate, but communication and follow up was absolutely terrible. We were advised that we would get a phone call from the vet the same day with the results of our dog’s bloodwork and did not. I had to phone the clinic every single day for the next 4 days asking if someone could please give us the results, and was told the vet would call us every day (he did not) until 4 days later. Highly recommend this vet! The vet assistant Emily, was phenomenal and they talked me through every step of the way. Our dog is usually very skittish at the vet, but he was actually excited (and peed everywhere) which was a first for us, haha! We will definitely be returning for any other veterinary needs our fur pets may have in the future.
