My experience started out well. Lois was very professional and courteous and scheduled my appointment promptly. The tech who came out could only do a partial repair as I was required to do addition pre work and provide photo evidence that the pre work was done or pay them a minimum of $300 to do said work. Then things turned sour when I had to deal with Shawn twice over the phone. He was rude, yelling at me, and downright unprofessional. Very professional and quick with the work done, Charles and Chris let us know when they were coming. They got to it and took care of our problem, I would definitely recommend them for any services!

After several delays and my follow ups received an email that they can not do the job. Waste of time!
