I have called Douglas & Son a number of times over the years for their services. Their management, customer service and technicians are always polite, professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Their service is always prompt and the work is done right on the first visit. From plumbing and gas lines to HVAC, there is simply no other company that does it better!
The Douglas and Sons team is amazing. I had a pinhole link inside the wall and called Lori on New Year's Eve. They were out the next morning (even with the holiday) getting the leak stopped and helping to determine if there more leaks. So grateful for the thorough service and quick response.
Had them out a couple of times actually. The scheduling was easy, straightforward. The tech let me know when he was on his way, which is extremely helpful! If you've ever been in a 4 hour service window, you always hope you're the first stop, and sometimes the previous job takes longer than expected. The tech was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and helped me understand a few things about the job and my home. Highly recommend this great family owned business!
