My husband and I are so pleased that Dr. Segal is our cardiologist. We feel comfortable with the advise given and he listens to our concerns. Yes you may have to wait sometimes, but we certainly believe we have received wonderful care that is not rushed or unreasonable.
I can't speak for Dr. Segal's skill as a cardiologist, but if you have 4 hours to kill, make an appointment. I was scheduled for a 10am appointment and at approx 12:30 I finally got the courage to mention it to the receptionist. She said the doctor had just arrived, so it would be about an hour more before I'd be seen. I told her I couldn't wait that long, and she said, "This is why you're called patients, because you need to have patience". What?? SO Ridiculous. I left.
